Return and refund

1. Cooling-off period: You have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return or refund. No claims will be accepted after this date.

2. Cancellation within 24 hours: If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we will issue a full refund. Orders are processed after 24 hours to allow for corrections and cancellations.

3. Return Conditions: The returned item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Some items, such as intimate products, sanitary products, or gift cards, are not eligible for return.

4. Return Procedure: Contact us with your order number at contact@luxartisstore.com . We will provide you with a return address and a return slip. You will need to return the product directly to the address provided, or you can provide us with proof of postage (postal receipt or other). In some cases, a product inspection may be required before refunding. Our returns are free, eliminating the worry of return shipping costs.

5. Damaged Items: If you receive a defective product and wish to receive a refund, a photo of the product is required. If this is not provided, the item will need to be returned for inspection.

6. Free Returns: We offer free returns for all products. You don't have to worry about return shipping costs.

7. Refunds: After receiving and validating your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If the refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method. Bank delays may apply.

8. Sale Items: Only the amount paid during the promotion will be refunded.

10. Items Offered: If you are returning an item received as a gift, you will be sent a gift voucher for the value of the product. If the gift was not marked as such at the time of purchase, a refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
